First Breath

First Breath is the smallest version of the machine that is still true. It is not a finished instrument and not a proposal for final musical behavior. It is a first experiment: a way to hear the premise that archetypes can behave as musical agents.

Every voice, tuning, and rule in this prototype is provisional. Their purpose is to make the concept audible so that better musical judgment can replace them. Click the orbs in turn — try Saturn → Everyman → Mars → Venus — and listen not for a song, but for what each voice does to the others.
